Verbo 'haber' en imperfecto + Participio Pasado del verbo principal
To form the pluscuamperfecto, combine the correct imperfect conjugation of 'haber' (había, habías, había, habíamos, habíais, habían) with the past participle of the main verb. The two parts are never separated.

Verbos -ar → -ado | Verbos -er / -ir → -ido
For regular verbs, remove the infinitive ending (-ar, -er, -ir) and add the corresponding past participle ending. The past participle does not change to agree in gender or number when used with 'haber'.
