Months are Not Capitalized
Los meses del año no se escriben con mayúscula en español.
Unlike in English, the names of months are treated as common nouns and are not capitalized unless they are the first word of a sentence. For example: 'Me gusta marzo.' vs. 'Marzo es el tercer mes.'
Using 'en' for Months
Usa la preposición 'en' + [mes] para indicar cuándo ocurre algo.
To say something happens 'in' a month, always use 'en' directly before the month's name. Do not use an article like 'el' or 'la'. Correct: 'en enero'. Incorrect: 'en el enero'.
