Subjunctive with Verbs of Influence
Verbo de influencia + que + sujeto diferente + verbo en subjuntivo.
When you use verbs like 'recomendar' (to recommend), 'sugerir' (to suggest), 'insistir en' (to insist), or 'querer' (to want) to influence someone else's actions, the verb that follows 'que' must be in the subjunctive mood. The subjects of the two clauses must be different.
Subjunctive with Impersonal Expressions
Es + adjetivo + que + sujeto + verbo en subjuntivo.
