The Rule of Concordancia (Agreement)
Subject + Verb (matching number/person) and Noun + Adjective (matching number/gender).
Always check that your verb conjugation matches the subject (e.g., 'ellos hablan', not 'ellos habla'). Similarly, ensure adjectives match the gender and number of the nouns they describe (e.g., 'la casa blanca', 'los coches blancos').

Main Clause with WEIRDO Trigger + 'que' + New Subject + Subjunctive Verb.
When you see a phrase expressing a Wish, Emotion, Impersonal expression, Recommendation, Doubt, or Ojalá, followed by 'que' and a change in subject, the following verb must be in the subjunctive mood.
