When to Use PARA
PARA points to the future: a Goal, a Destination, a Deadline, a Recipient.
Use 'para' when you are talking about the purpose of an action (in order to), where you are going, who something is for, or when an assignment is due. Think of it as an arrow pointing forward to an endpoint.
When to Use POR
POR explains the past or the process: a Reason, Duration, Exchange, Movement through a space.
Use 'por' when you are explaining the cause of something (because of), how long something took, what you paid or traded for something, or the path you took to get somewhere (through, by, along).
