The Order Rule: I-D-V (Indirecto-Directo-Verbo)

When using double pronouns, the indirect object pronoun (me, te, le, etc.) ALWAYS comes before the direct object pronoun (lo, la, los, las). A good way to remember is that 'I' comes before 'D' in the alphabet.
The 'Se' Substitution Rule (The 'Le-Lo' No-No)
le/les + lo/la/los/las -> se + lo/la/los/las
You cannot say 'le lo', 'le la', 'les los', etc. because it sounds strange in Spanish. To fix this, you MUST change 'le' or 'les' to 'se' whenever it is followed by lo, la, los, or las.
