Using 'un' and 'una' for 'one'
uno -> un / una
When counting one thing, 'uno' changes. Use 'un' for masculine nouns (like 'perro') and 'una' for feminine nouns (like 'manzana').
Making Nouns Plural
Noun + s
For numbers 2-10, the object you are counting usually ends with an 's'. For example, 'un gato' (one cat) becomes 'dos gatos' (two cats).
