¿Qué te duele?
This is the question you ask someone to find out what hurts them. It means 'What hurts you?'
Saying What Hurts (One Thing)
Me duele + el / la + [body part]
Use 'me duele' when only ONE body part hurts. For example, you only have one head. 'Me duele la cabeza.'
Saying What Hurts (More Than One)
Me duelen + los / las + [body parts]
Use 'me duelen' when TWO or more body parts hurt. For example, you have two feet. 'Me duelen los pies.'
