Even Number Jumps Start at 0, jump by 2s: 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, ... To find all the even numbers, start your frog at 0 and make jumps of 2. Odd Number Jumps Start at 1, jump by 2s: 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, ... To find all the odd numbers, start your frog at 1 and make jumps of 2. The Next Number Rule Number + 2 = Next Even/Odd Number If you are on an even number, jump 2 spaces to find the next even one.
