Core Formulas
Rule 1: Compare the Hours
If Hour_1 < Hour_2, then Time_1 is earlier.
First, always look at the hour hand. The smaller hour number always comes first in the day.
Rule 2: Compare the Minutes
If Hour_1 = Hour_2, then compare minutes. If Minute_1 < Minute_2, then Time_1 is earlier.
If the hours are the same, look at the minute hands. The smaller minute number is earlier.
