Core Formulas
The Tens and Ones Rule
Number = (Tens Digit) Tens + (Ones Digit) Ones
This shows how to break any two-digit number into its parts. The first digit is for tens, the second is for ones.
Building a Number
Value = (T \times 10) + (O \times 1)
To find the total value, you multiply the tens digit by 10 and add the ones digit. T is for Tens, O is for Ones.
