The Hook

That friend who seems to get everything done? The one who plays a sport, gets good grades, and still has time to hang out? They have the exact same 168 hours in a week as you do. Everyone does. The Real Talk

Time is your most valuable resource because you can never get it back. You can always earn more money, but you can’t earn more minutes. Understanding where your time goes is the first step to taking control of your life.Let's do some quick math. There are 168 hours in a week. The Story

Camila, 13, felt completely overwhelmed. "I have zero free time," she told her mom after a stressful week of homework and chores. Her school counselor suggested she try an experiment: for three days, write down everything she did and for how long. Camila was skeptical but agreed. The results were shocking. She had nearly four hours of free time every school day. The problem? Almost three of those hours vanished into scrolling social media and watching short videos. She didn't quit her apps, but she decided to set a 45-minute timer. Suddenly, she had time for drawing and even met up with friends in person. She realized she had the time all along; she just wasn't choosing how to spend it.
