What & Why
Our digital day is filled with screens: phones, tablets, computers, and TVs. We use them for homework, talking to friends, playing games, and watching videos. This is called screen time. While screens are useful, too much can affect our health. It can make it harder to sleep, cause eye strain, and even make us feel moody or anxious. The goal isn't to get rid of screens, but to find a healthy balance where we control our devices, not the other way around.
