Your Body is Mostly Water!
Did you know that your body is made up of mostly water? Just like a plant needs water to grow, you need it to be healthy and strong. Staying full of water is called hydration, and it's super important for everyone.
2
Fuel for Fun and Focus
When you are hydrated, you have more energy to run, jump, and play your favorite sports. Water also helps your brain work its best, making it easier to learn in school. It helps your muscles move smoothly and keeps your body at the right temperature.
3
Listen to Your Body
How do you know if you need water? If you feel tired, have a dry mouth, or your pee is dark yellow, your body is telling you it's thirsty. It's a great idea to drink water all through the day, even before you feel thirsty.
