Your Body's Recharge Station
Think of your body like a phone. After a long day of school, sports, and playing, your energy gets low. Sleep is how you plug in and recharge for the next day. It helps your body heal, your brain learn, and gives you the energy to be your best.
2
Finding Your Sleep Number
Everyone needs a different amount of sleep, and it changes as you get older. If you're in elementary or middle school (ages 6-12), you need about 9 to 12 hours each night. If you're a teen (ages 13-18), you should aim for 8 to 10 hours to fill up your energy tank.
3
Sleep for Your Muscles
When you play sports or run around, you use your muscles a lot. Sleep is when your body does its best repair work. It helps your muscles recover and get stronger, so you're ready for your next practice or game.

Challenging

0.Team B, because they will be tougher from lack of sleep.
1.Neither, because sleep doesn't affect team performance.
2.Team B, because they have more freedom to do what they want.
3.Team A, because better sleep can lead to better focus, faster reactions, and fewer injuries over time.
