What & Why
A vague goal like “get more fit” is a great start, but it's hard to know where to begin or how to track your progress. The SMART framework turns a fuzzy wish into a clear roadmap for success.Specific: What exactly do you want to achieve? (The Who, What, Where, Why)Measurable: How will you know when you've reached it? (Numbers like reps, distance, time)Achievable: Is your goal challenging but also realistic for you right now?Relevant: Why is this goal important to you and your overall wellness?Time-bound: What is your deadline? (This creates motivation!)

I will add 0.5 km to my distance every two weeks.Relevant: This will improve my stamina for the upcoming soccer season.Time-bound: I will achieve this in 8 weeks.Final SMART Goal: To improve my stamina for soccer season, I will be able to run 3 kilometers without stopping in 8 weeks by jogging three times a week and adding 0.5 km to my distance every two weeks.

I will aim to add 2 more reps to my maximum each week.Relevant: This will improve my upper body strength and make me feel more confident.Time-bound: I will reach my goal in 5 weeks.Final SMART Goal: To build upper body strength and confidence, I will be able to perform 15 consecutive push-ups in 5 weeks by practicing three times a week and aiming to add 2 reps to my max each week.
