Using the Verb 'Doler' (To Hurt)
A [person] + me/te/le/nos/les + duele/duelen + [body part(s)]
Use 'doler' to say something hurts. It works like 'gustar'. Use 'duele' for one body part and 'duelen' for more than one. The person who feels the pain is indicated by 'me', 'te', 'le', etc.
Using 'Tener' for Symptoms
Tener + [symptom name] (e.g., tener fiebre, tener tos, tener dolor de cabeza)
Use the verb 'tener' (to have) to talk about specific symptoms. You conjugate 'tener' normally (tengo, tienes, tiene...) and add the symptom.
Using 'Estar' for Health Conditions
Estar + [adjective] (e.g., estoy enfermo/a, estás cansado/a)
