Converting Percent to Decimal
`P\% = \frac{P}{100}` or move the decimal point two places to the left.
Before you can use a percent in a calculation, you must convert it to a decimal (or a fraction). This is done by dividing the percent number by 100.
Finding Percent of a Number

To find a certain percentage of a number, first convert the percent to its decimal form, then multiply that decimal by the whole number.
