Today, we will learn how to put numbers in the right place. This is called ordering. It helps us know which number is bigger or smaller.

SmallestThe number that is less than all the others. It's the littlest one! 🐭In the group 5, 2, 8, the number 2 is the smallest.
LargestThe number that is greater than all the others. It's the biggest one! 🐘In the group 5, 2, 8, the number 8 is the largest.
BeforeThe number that comes first when you are counting. 👈The number 4 comes before the number 5.
AfterThe number that comes next when you are counting. 👉The number 9 comes after the number 8.
BetweenThe number that is in the middle of two other numbers. sandwiched! 🥪The number 6 is between 5 and 7.
