1. Expressing an OpinionRule: To analyze a theme, you often need to give your opinion or present an interpretation. We use verbs like penser que (to think that) [pahn-SAY kuh], croire que (to believe that) [krwahr kuh], trouver que (to find that) [troo-VAY kuh], or expressions like à mon avis (in my opinion) [ah mohn a-VEE], selon moi (according to me) [suh-LOHN mwah].Example: Je pense que (I think that) [zhuh PAHNS kuh] le thème principal est la justice (justice) [zhoo-STEES].2.
