Core Syntax & Patterns

The 'Stop, Tell, Report' Algorithm 1. STOP what you are doing. 2. TELL a trusted adult. 3. REPORT the content with your adult. This is a simple, 3-step algorithm (a set of instructions) to follow every single time you see something inappropriate online. It's your main safety plan. The Safety Conditional IF I see or read something that makes me feel uncomfortable, THEN I will immediately go and tell a trusted adult. Use this IF-THEN rule to make a quick, safe decision. The 'IF' part is the event (seeing something weird), and the 'THEN' part is your action (telling a grown-up).
