The THINK Rule (A Conditional Algorithm) IF my message is True, Helpful, Inspiring, Necessary, and Kind, THEN it is okay to send. Before you click 'send', run your message through these five checks. This is like a computer program that checks conditions before it runs. If the message fails any check, you should stop and rewrite it. The Pause Button Event WHEN I receive a message that makes me feel upset, THEN I will pause, take a breath, and talk to a trusted adult before replying. Receiving an upsetting message is an 'event'.
